We talk a lot about long-term collaborative relationships here at Real Pie, and one of our favorites is with Bioware. They hired us three years ago to create the original website for Mass Effect 2 – our first video game website – and later, for Dragon Age: Origins. Today, we’re giddy with excitement to bring you our latest galactic alliance, the new website for Mass Effect 3. Go love it.

When we launched the new NaughtyDog.com last August, we promised that a Multiplayer Stats section was in the offing. Well with the release of Uncharted 3 (and the announcement of the new title, The Last of Us) it’s been pretty busy in the “Kennel” and we’re excited to see the Muliplayer Stats section has been well-received by the Uncharted community. While it’s only open to PlayStation Network players, soon everyone will easily grasp the vast, abstract data behind Uncharted 3 when our Global Stats infographics page launches. Always leave ‘em wanting more, right?

We’re big fans of infographic design but always wondered how we might evolve the static archetype using web tech. So, when Universal asked us to help explain people’s fascination with whales for their upcoming film, Big Miracle, we jumped at the opportunity to indulge our impulse.

The result is the Everybody Loves Whales Interactive Infographic which brings static facts and figures to life with HTML5-y tooltips, videos, Flickr and Pinterest feeds, quizzes and polls. And yes, we also created the EPK website for Big Miracle.

Real Pie’s new iPhone app, PL8CALL, lets drivers call other drivers by dialing their license plates. It’s that simple. When we all link-up, the road will be a more social place. It’s free, and you can always Pause Service if you’re shy so what’re you waiting for? Drive socially.

Business Is War – the tagline for our latest digital campaign with EA. The new Syndicate FPS reboot hits stores early next year and we’ll be updating the site until then with loads of corporate treachery and general malfeasance. 3-piece Kevlar suits are optional but recommended.

Our next site for toy behemoth, Spin Master, is the new Games Portal which features all their board games, including new hits like Hedbanz, Stomple and Quelf as well as old favorites like Stratego. Again, our custom Plone CMS  powers it all, including foreign localization (what’s French for Quelf?).

In anticipation of the release of Uncharted 3, Real Pie worked to re-imagine the studio site for the masterminds behind the Uncharted, Crash Bandicoot and Jak & Daxter franchises – Naughty Dog. We’ll be adding multiplayer stats and more naughty features as Drake’s Deception approaches, so keep an eye on it!

Our first website with Spin Master is home to remote control vehicle giant, Air Hogs. Browse, sort through and favorite over forty products, all powered by our custom Plone CMS. Working closely with Spin Master to refresh the Air Hogs digital creative, Real Pie carefully crafted designs appealing to kids and adult hobbyists alike.  The result is a super-scalable, content-rich, effortlessly-updatable online “branding strip” with non-stop service to future promotions and product launches.

The Biggest! Boldest! Baddest! WWE matchups happen only in THQ’s new game, WWE All Stars! Real Pie designed and developed the community-rich website with a backend powered by Drupal to be managed by THQ while integrating with the websites of their other titles. Witnessing the return of “Macho Man” Randy Savage is reason enough to check out the site and the game.
